This hotel was gorgeous and great value for money. Perfect for couples. Our room was massive and everything was clean and we had no issues here. The rest of the hotel was immaculate. There was someone at the desk at all times, there was parking for our bike we hired. As for Location , there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 5 minute walk down the road. This takes you straight into the centre of Roma and took about 15 minutes. We drove mostly and found the area a bit iffy of a night. Ladies of the night about and discarded items from the undesirables- but this wouldn’t put me off at all staying there. I felt safe in the hotel- it’s not in the middle of all the chose and I found this nice and relaxing. Lovely places to eat out next to the hotel and shops selling fresh produce . Loved this short stay. Thankyou

Welcoming staff and a great location being only 15 mins from the Colosseum by metro. The rooms were modern , well kept and we would definitely recommend any tourist coming to Rome to stay here. We didn’t eat here as it was so easy to go into the city. Great value for money.

This hotel is modern, with large spotlessly clean bedrooms with everything you need on a city break - Large TV, fridge/mini bar hairdryer etc. The bathroom was ideal with an excellent rainfall shower. Bed linen was crisp and white and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The air conditioning was good to have as some days were hot. Very close to a nice little cafe - we had breakfast here rather than the hotel and then just a minutes walk to the Marconi Metro stop. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel and we were able to get a bus to and from here to Trastevere. The Marconi stop is less than 15 mins ride to Termini. We found the hotel staff to be very pleasant, friendly and helpful - unlike a previous reviewer. Can’t fault anything about our trip to Hotel Pulitzer.

This boutique hotel is very stylist and lovely. The location is a 2 minute walk for the metro which is great, however be aware that there is nothing much else in the area and it is a little rundown. Bed comfort is not the best and the pillows are very flat. Staff are very indifferent towards guests and not at all helpful, in fact bordering on rude. They definitely need training in customer service. On the positive we had an outstanding time in Rome loved it! However we would not recommend this hotel for your vacation stay elsewhere!!

This was my first trip in a while and happened to be my birthday, the hotel was notified of this but did nothing to make the occasion special. After an early morning flight on arrival we had to wait until check in time and even after that time had passed they still had not come to get us to check us in. I had to go to the check in desk again to see if our room was ready. The room was nice, clean and modern and they bring up an iron and ironing board on request. Very close to the metro to take you into the city, we bought tickets from the nearby cafe near to the hotel. Take note the hotel tax is per person and not per room so this was expensive. The customer service of the reception staff does need improving as I found them not very helpful. But overall nice and clean hotel close to the metro so you can explore Rome.
